We're a beverage catering service that shows up to your event with a mobile bar — and not the sad folding-table-with-a-tablecloth kind. We have three options: a 24ft Mobile Pub (the showstopper), a Vintage 1962 Horse Trailer (the charmer), and a Portable Cheers Bar (the one that fits through doorways). Each one comes with licensed bartenders, full bar service, and enough personality to make your event the one people actually remember.

Ohio law says the client buys the alcohol. But we make it painless: we'll build a custom shopping list based on your guest count and drink preferences, place the order, and even arrange delivery so it's waiting when we roll up. You just sign the receipt.

$2 million in liquor liability. General liability. Umbrella coverage. Every bartender is licensed and T.I.P.S. certified. We're the fun ones, but we're not the reckless ones.

Some of our favorite events are dry. Mocktails, flavored waters, sodas, frozen drinks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate bars, virgin mimosa stations — the full Alco-Haul treatment, minus the hangover.

The real question is what DON'T we do. Weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, product launches, fundraisers, graduations, anniversaries, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, bridal showers, engagement parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, quinceaneras, block parties, tailgates, golf outings, and one very memorable company parking lot happy hour. If there are guests and they want drinks, we show up.

100%. Monday through Thursday gets you the best rates for photoshoot and prop rentals. The horse trailer is especially photogenic — she knows it.

The 24ft Mobile Pub has a built-in generator — fully self-contained, no outlet needed. The Vintage Horse Trailer needs to be parked within 100 feet of an outlet for lighting (or rent a generator from us). Daytime events with the horse trailer? No power needed at all.

Absolutely. If your venue provides the bartenders and alcohol under their license, we'll rent you the trailer at a discounted rate. We work with licensed venues all the time.

For the 24ft Mobile Pub: room for a 24-foot trailer, a 15-foot tow vehicle, and space to get back out. With both patios open, the full footprint is about 33 feet wide. Bar opens on the passenger side. For the Vintage Horse Trailer: room for a 12-foot trailer plus a 15-foot tow vehicle. The Portable Cheers Bar? Fits through a door.

50% deposit reserves your date. Cancel 90+ days out and you get a full refund minus a $250 admin fee. Cancel at 60 days — no refund unless we rebook your date. Within 30 days — no refund. Need to reschedule? $100 fee if you're 60+ days out

All over Ohio and beyond. Travel up to 70 miles from Columbus is included in every package. After that, there's a per-mile fee. We've hauled these bars farther than you'd expect.

The 24ft Mobile Pub has two awnings plus limited indoor shelter. For the Vintage Horse Trailer, we offer tent rentals to keep the bar and your guests dry. We plan for weather. That's the wedding planner brain at work.
