The Alco-Haul Mobile Bar is a beverage catering service which offers you a choice of 2 different mobile bar trailers. The options for the trailers are unlimited and can even be rented without beverage service. We can provide the trailers for both alcohol service and non-alcoholic service.
In the state of Ohio, we are not permitted to sell alcohol. However, we are able to assist with recommendations and shopping lists. We can also place the order and have the alcohol delivered. The client must purchase the alcohol.
Yes, we carry a 2 million dollar liquor liability insurance policy as well as general liability and umbrella coverage. Our bartenders are trained and T.I.P.S. certified.
Absolutely! We can provide mocktails, sodas, flavored waters, non-alcoholic frozen drinks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate bars, and virgin mimosa bars.

The 24ft trailer has a generator and is self-contained, but prefers to be close to electric to avoid generator fees. The horse trailer would need to be parked within 100 feet of an outlet so that we have lighting inside the mobile bar unless the event is held during the day. If electricity could not be provided then you can rent a generator from us.
If your venue has a liquor license then they would provide you with both the bartenders and the alcohol and we could rent the trailer to you at a discounted rate.
For the 24ft trailer, we need enough space to park a 24’ long trailer, a 15’ tow vehicle, and additional space to get the vehicle out. If the patio is put down on both sides then another 8’ of space would be required. The bar opens out on the passenger's side. The total space of the open trailer is 33’.
For the horse trailer, we need enough space to park a 12’ long horse trailer bar attached to a 15’ tow vehicle. The bar service is on the passenger side.
Neither trailer is able to be moved by hand.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date. If you cancel 90 days or more in advance, you will receive a full refund minus $250 administration fee. If you cancel 60 days out there is no refund unless we are able to book your event date. Cancellations made within 30 days of your event will not be refunded. If you must reschedule your date, there is a $100 administration fee and this would need to be done more than 60 days in advance.
We will travel all over Ohio and beyond. There is a travel fee per mile after 40 miles.
For the 24ft trailer, we do have 2 awnings to protect guests and there is limited space inside the bar. For the horse trailer, a tent can be rented from us so that the trailer and guests can be protected
