Over the course of the year, Alco-Haul provided mobile bar and bartending services at 54 events. Some were once-in-a-lifetime celebrations, like weddings and anniversaries. Others were repeat traditions, graduations, birthdays, seasonal gatherings, or corporate milestones. What tied them all together was the desire for an experience that felt welcoming, seamless, and well cared for.
Every event, whether large or intimate, required thoughtful planning, adaptability, and trust. Being invited into those moments is never something we take lightly.

When the calendar filled up, June quickly became the standout month, with 13 events packed into just a few weeks. Weddings, graduations, happy hours, grand openings, and community celebrations all overlapped, making it one of our most dynamic stretches of the year.
Late summer and fall followed closely behind. August hosted seven events, while October brought six, reinforcing that Ohio’s event season stretches far beyond peak wedding months.

Weddings were the most common event type we served in 2025, with 22 weddings throughout the year. From downtown Columbus to scenic outdoor locations, couples trusted Alco-Haul to handle one of the most important parts of their reception, the bar experience.
Many of these celebrations took place at familiar favorites like North Bank Park, Park of Roses, Lucky Farms, Wyman Woods Park, Flat 51, Old Gahanna Sanctuary, and Old Barns at Dry Run Farms to name a few. These events were all so different as far as their layouts, guest counts, menus, decor, and personal touches made each event uniquely its own, even in spaces we visited multiple times.
At the same time, weddings were just one part of the story. This year also included corporate meetings, networking events, graduations, birthday parties, block parties, tailgates, concerts, community celebrations, and holiday gatherings, proof that Alco-Haul is built to support more than just one type of event.
Our largest event presence of the year was at Buckeye Country Superfest where thousands got served in our mobile pub!!

Among our mobile bar setups, our Cheers Bar emerged as the most frequently booked, appearing at 15 events throughout the year. Its versatility made it a favorite for weddings, private parties, corporate gatherings, and community events alike.
Not far behind were our bartending-only services, which were booked 10 times. These events didn’t require a full mobile bar buildout, instead relying on our team to provide professional bartending from existing bars, tabletop setups, or client-provided spaces. This option continued to be a popular choice for venues and hosts who wanted the Alco-Haul experience in a more streamlined format.
Our Pub, Tabletop, and Horse Trailer setups also made regular appearances, reinforcing that no single setup defines what a great event bar experience looks like, it’s about matching the service to the space and the celebration.

Looking at beverage packages across the year revealed some clear favorites.
The most requested option was Beer, Wine, and Signature Drinks. This package offered a balance of familiarity and personalization, allowing hosts to feature a custom cocktail or two alongside classic options.
Beer and Wine alone remained a strong and reliable choice, particularly for corporate events and more traditional receptions.
For celebrations where variety and flexibility were key, Full Bar packages were selected with an additional few opting for Full Bar with Signature Drinks.
Several events also highlighted the growing importance of inclusive beverage options, including mocktails, non-alcoholic service, wine-only menus, mimosas, and seltzer-focused selections. These choices reflected a broader trend toward thoughtful hosting that ensures every guest feels considered.

Throughout 2025, Alco-Haul served events across Central Ohio and surrounding areas, including Columbus, Westerville, Dublin, Plain City, Delaware, New Albany, Upper Arlington, Grove City, Orient, and Hocking Hills.
Events took place in parks, barns, office spaces, residential neighborhoods, venues, and community gathering spots, each one requiring a slightly different approach, setup, and flow. That flexibility continues to be one of the core strengths of our service.

While the numbers tell part of the story, they don’t capture everything.
They don’t show the relief on a host’s face when the bar opens and they finally get to enjoy their own event. They don’t show the guest who’s excited to find a non-alcoholic option crafted with just as much care. They don’t show the conversations that happen while waiting for a drink, or the way a well-run bar helps an event feel settled and social.
Those moments are what keep us doing this work.

As we move into 2026, we’re carrying forward everything this year taught us, about service, adaptability, and the power of gathering well. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, private party, or community celebration, we look forward to continuing to serve Ohio with care, professionalism, and intention.

To every couple, client, family, organization, and community group who trusted Alco-Haul in 2025, thank you.
Thank you for choosing a local Ohio business. Thank you for welcoming us into meaningful moments. Thank you for allowing us to be part of celebrations that mattered.
Each event we served this year contributed to the growth, experience, and heart behind what we do.
Here’s to another year of celebrating together.
